Fulfillment and Privacy Policy for ACC Latin America 2025
-Terms & Conditions
In these terms and conditions, "Eventscase" refers to Eventscase Limited. Eventscase acts as an agent on behalf of Falcon Fenix, the official Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) for ACC Latin America 2025. Event organizers, speakers, venues, or producers of an event (referred to as "Event Organizers") are subject to these terms and conditions, along with any other specific terms or rules applicable to the event.
-Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Event Organizer, not Eventscase, to contact participants if there are issues with an event. Eventscase solely provides event software tools to Event Organizers.
-Delivery and Collection
-Cancellation Rights and Refunds
Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except as specified in these terms or by the Event Organizer’s policy.
-Event Registration
When you register and purchase a ticket, your account information from Eventscase will be transferred to Falcon Fenix’s database. Updates to your Eventscase profile (e.g., name changes or additional information) will be synchronized with the attendee list.
-Cancellation, Change, or Postponement of ACC Latin America 2025
Decisions regarding cancellation, changes, or postponement are made solely by the American College of Cardiology and Falcon Fenix.
-Registration Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations made on or before July 31, 2025, will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 1, 2025.
3. After August 1, 2025, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may request a name change for your registration.
4. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the conclusion of the conference.
-Cancellation Process:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to acclatam2025@falconfenix.com.
Cancellations cannot be made online or via phone.
-Insurance
Registration fees do not include participant insurance against accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance.
The American College of Cardiology and Falcon Fenix are not liable for costs incurred for travel, accommodation, related goods or services, or other expenses. If the event is rescheduled or changed, Falcon Fenix will allow you to retain, exchange, or refund your tickets for the new date. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
-Attending an Event
Attendance is subject to the terms and conditions of Falcon Fenix, the American College of Cardiology, and the venue operator. Breaches of these terms may result in denied entry or removal from the event.
Participants must comply with all health, safety, and security protocols, including mandatory searches. Entry may be denied or revoked for abusive, threatening, or antisocial behavior, or possession of prohibited items.
-Force Majeure
The American College of Cardiology reserves the right to alter or cancel the event due to force majeure. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, government actions, war, epidemics (e.g., SARS, COVID-19), natural disasters, strikes, or terrorism. Notifications will be issued as soon as feasible.
-Data Privacy and Security
Falcon Fenix, acting on behalf of the American College of Cardiology, processes personal data solely for managing the ACC Latin America 2025 conference. This data management complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
To ensure compliance, participants must review and agree to the Privacy Policy during account creation. The Privacy Policy is available at https://eventscase.com/en/privacy/. Participants can manage their data through the GDPR-compliant Online Portal.
